Wipeout challenge at Castle Quarter

Castle and Marketplace

Take on the Castle Quarter wipeout challenge this February half term. Jump, dart, dodge and duck as you avoid getting knocked off the platform by a giant spinning arm. How long can you stay upright?

This giggle-inducing platform will be at Castle Quarter – Norwich’s leading social, leisure and lifestyle destination – for one day only on Thursday 20th February from 11am until 4pm.

It is free to take part.

Gemma Hyde, marketing and administration manager at Castle Quarter says; “TV shows like Gladiators have made challenges like this really popular, and we’re excited to see our customers take on the wipeout challenge. Visit us to burn off some excess energy and do everything you can to avoid crashing out. Whether you’re as fit as a Gladiator or a complete beginner, you’ll have fun trying to stay on your feet.”

Rob Bradley, centre manager says the wipeout challenge is Castle Quarter’s first free event of 2025, with lots more to come this year.

“We’re always on the look-out for new ways to bring different, fun experiences and activities to Castle Quarter, and importantly, we always want to make these free. Our events always raise lots of smiles, and this latest wipeout challenge will have people falling about with laughter – literally!”

The Wipeout Challenge will be located in White Lion Square, outside Boots on the Lower Ground Floor, from 11am until 4pm on Thursday 20th February.

No need to book, just turn up, join the queue, and get ready to jump! (Please make sure you’re wearing socks.)
