Come and learn some of the secrets of blending wines in an English winery just 8 miles south of Norwich. With John as your guide for the morning event at Chet Valley Vineyard, you will see and taste for yourselves how tannins, acidity, sweetness and percentage alcohol affect the aromas and flavour characteristics of our Norfolk wines.
This will be followed by a light lunch served in the wine hall with spectacular views across the balcony to the Coronation pond and the vines beyond.
The event is free to lease holders who should ring or email to confirm attendance for numbers. For non leaseholders there is a fee of £30 for the wine tasting and blending event.
Non leaseholders will receive a refund of their booking fee if they sign up for a lease on the day.
