What better way to start Norwich Wine Week than with some interesting wines, great food, stories and background on how to pair wine with food. We have joined up with one of our key suppliers to source some interesting wines that match perfectly with the menu that has been created specially for this event by our talented Head Chef. There are always a few “hidden gems” on a wine list, and we have decided to showcase these with a dinner that highlights a curated wine pairing with an entertaining discussion around wine and food.
