Join us to be part of a new world record for most gifts exchanged in person. Gifted will connect the local community together as ‘gifters’; with businesses, artists, crafters, and the public all taking part.
Gifted tackles two of the country’s biggest issues, the cost-of-living crisis, and the deterioration of social connection. It doesn’t cost the public a penny to take part as they can gift simple of acts of kindness. Businesses can gift physical products, services or gift cards, artists and crafters can gift handmade items.
For members of the public choosing to create their own handmade gifts we’ll be working with community partners to curate a programme of workshops and drop-in events, where anyone can come along to make theirs.
Here’s How It Works:
1. Register & Gift Something Special: It can be anything. Fun, unique, or related to your business.
2. Get Featured & Displayed: Your gift will be promoted online and showcased in a week-long exhibition at the Forum.
3. Join the Live Exchange Event: Witness the grand exchange on Saturday, October 12th, where thousands of gifts are swapped in a live event at the Forum.
