Dave Thomas is a British Blues veteran. He is a survivor of the 1960s British blues boom so if you like John Mayall, Eric Clapton and Peter Green, you’ll love the blues that Dave still delivers. He is truly coming into his best years yet after a lifetime devoted to the blues.
Malin Lewis is a bagpiper, fiddler, instrument maker and award winning composer. He will be bringing his trio to Norwich for Summer Sessions.

Taking their cue from the British Blues and Beat Boom of the 60s, they throw eclectic, unexpected and downright odd ingredients into their twisted musical stew.

Big Black Cadillac formed over 15 years ago to play the “more rockin’ side of Rock n Roll and Rockabilly”. They have played hundreds of gigs since then, including many local pubs and clubs, and many further afield including Camp Bestival, where we played two evenings on the Madness / Human League bill.

East Angles Brass Band are a funky horn and percussion collective from Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. Their number can fluctuate anywhere between 5 and 10 members on any given day and with plenty of improvisation involved, each show feels truly unique!

Norwich-based indie folk band ‘The Rabbitts’ are acoustic at heart but experimental in nature; they set out to avoid the well-trodden path and instead define their own unique sound with creative harmonies, fingerstyle guitar arrangements, dreamy mandolin lines, and an intricate yet impactful rhythm section.
Performing original material from the forthcoming Cd as well as some old favourites. A contemporary take on groove orientated, modal jazz. Inspired by music from all over the globe.
Essentially an original 3 piece instrumental band : Double Bass, Drums & Tenor Sax, Beat Fiasco are expanding with new members & vocal collaborations as their sound develops.

We are commemorating the 125th anniversary of the Royal Arcade’s opening on what would have been Queen Victoria’s 205th birthday with a ribbon-cutting event at its Gentleman’s Walk entrance that will feature a Morris dancing side accompanied by a traditional concertina player, re-enactors in Victorian costumes, a gin and tea party plus all of the stores will have their own special offers.
