We are commemorating the 125th anniversary of the Royal Arcade’s opening on what would have been Queen Victoria’s 205th birthday with a ribbon-cutting event at its Gentleman’s Walk entrance that will feature a Morris dancing side accompanied by a traditional concertina player, re-enactors in Victorian costumes, a gin and tea party plus all of the stores will have their own special offers.
