Saxon Air a hosting a very special VE Day 80th Celebration Weekend on Saturday 31st May and Sunday 1st June.
This is a unique, local event celebrating Norfolk’s rich heritage with a weekend full of music, history, and community spirit.
Event highlights include:
Saturday 31st May – VE Day 80th Celebration Evening
A spectacular public event featuring:
• A 17-piece big band, live swing music and dancing
• A 1940s Ritz inspired themed dinner
• Immersive atmosphere and a special Spitfire appearance
General admission tickets are £100 each
Sunday 1st June – Family Funday
A relaxed community event with:
• A Spitfire viewing area
• BBQ, drinks, and heritage displays
• Electric flight experiences
• Family-friendly activities for £12 a ticket (children under 10 go free!)
• A portion of ticket sales going to support the City of Norwich Aviation Museum
