A Beer Festival, that the East of England has never seen before. Boom Towers Beer Con is a wonderland of exciting independent breweries, art, music, food and workshops that give you an interactive, transformative, fantastical experience like no other beer festival. It’s not just a beer festival – it’s a creative experience where beer meets art and community.
Hosting over 40 different breweries there will be limited edition brews, one off’s, blends and best sellers. This event is not to be missed if you are a beer enthusiast, industry professional, art and music lover or if you’re just looking for a fun, unique event.
St Mary’s Works ( a huge old shoe factory) a stones throw from Norwich City Centre consists of two massive floors each of which will be split into different themed areas. Head to a back alley of beer, an urban jungle, a play on Norwich Market, an art gallery and a cask bar in an old underpass that you can graffiti on as you grab a pint. It’s not just beer and art, there will be Live DJ’s and music throughout and incredible food from the likes of Bodega, Brick and Tallow. The purpose is to use all
of your senses whilst trying some new and important beers.
Being a Beer Con means meeting the people behind the brews. There will be brewers, the people behind the branding, beer writers and Q&A’s. There will also be a ‘Live Brew’ experience throughout each session which shows people who know nothing about beer how to turn water into a pale ale.
Boom Towers started two years ago based in Norwich as a wholesaler of the best independent beer the UK and Europe has to offer supplying the East of England. With the breadth and diversity of different breweries Boom Towers deals with, a Beer Convention felt like the natural next step.
