Cathedral Quarter
Internationally acclaimed concert organist and improviser David Briggs, currently Artist-in-Residence at the Cathedral of St John the Divine in New York City, performs a programme of French organ works on the centenary of the birth of Pierre Cochereau (b. 9 July 1924), who was organist of the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris from 1955-1984.
Performer will be shown on the giant screen and internal TV monitors.
Tickets £12 (unreserved) plus booking fee.
This event is part of Norwich Cathedral’s Organ Reborn! 2024 Festival celebrating the return of the Cathedral’s historic pipe organ.
