From Wednesday 5th October 2016 09:00 to Wednesday 25th October 2017 13:00
The Town Council operates a Wednesday Market, said to have been in place since 1259.
The location is in the centre of Harleston in the Market Place and up the adjacent Exchange Street.
A small number of stalls (approximately 10) trade from about 6am in the morning to 4 pm each Wednesday.
The type of stalls include a greengrocer, fishmonger, a card shop, a flower and plant stall, a tool and DIY equipment stall, a stall that sells electric wheelchairs for the disabled, a stall that sells clothes, bags and handbags, and many more.
The traders offer goods at keen prices as you would expect for a market of this kind.
