Richard and Ben are past students of the Hotel School and for one evening only they will cook and serve dinner alongside current students in the style of Morston Hall with a demonstration and talk on life at one of Norfolk’s premier eating places.

An Evening with Richard Hughes at Jarrolds
If you’re a fan of good food, you’ll love this cookery event with top chef Richard Hughes from The Lavender House in Brundall. Richard will be demonstrating delicious dishes from his new book, Step by Step with Richard Hughes; Clever cooking in simple stages, and this promises to be a fun, entertaining evening.
